General Terms and Conditions
1. Signature of contract
Your initial booking request is without obligation. The booking will only become binding once we receive your firm reservation. You will immediately receive an e-mail confirmation from us as soon as you have made your booking definite.
2. Payment of the rental price
In our confirmation e-mail, we will be asking you to pay a deposit (the same amount for each apartment) payable by transfer within 5 days to a German bank account. The balance will be payable in cash on the day of your arrival.
Please
note: credit cards and cheques cannot be accepted! If the deposit is not
paid into our account in time, we reserve the right to cancel the rental
contract, i.e. your account will be charged with the applicable cancellation
fees (see point 3 below).
3. Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified in writing or by e-mail. The following cancellation charges apply:

Taking out a travel
insurance covering possible cancellation charges is highly recommended.
