The Finca property, in about 11,000 m2 of grounds, some 300 m above sea level, offers not only a great level of privacy, but also stunning views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. An ideal place to wind down and relax, either in the apartment or on its adjoining terrace.

Each apartment has a separate entrance with a small front garden, making you feel as if you were living in your own little house. A parking spot is at your disposal as well.

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not allowed in the apartment. But you are of course free to smoke on the terrace.

You can do your shopping in the nearby town of Arico (at 3 km). The Southern airport of Tenerife is approx. 24 km, Santa Cruz, the capital of Tenerife only 48 km away from your holiday spot. Tourist resorts such as Playa de las Américas or Los Cristianos are about 40km away.

The dazzling white sands of one of the longest beaches of Tenerife “La Playa de Abades”, as well as “Porís de Abona”, are wonderful spots to indulge in the pleasures of sand and sea.
